|Host classes in a fully accessible kitchen for independent living skills training. Individuals are taught how to modify the cooking environment to best fit their needs. They also learn about nutrition, budgeting, shopping and organizations.

|DCF Access Network, an automated community connection which allows access to public assistance, food stamps, Medicaid, and temporary cash assistance. Additionally, DSIL can print temporary Medicaid cards for their consumers.

|Provides advocacy for students with disabilities by attending IEP meetings, along with attending Meditation and Manifestation Hearings.
|Provides facility accessibility surveys, job accommodation consulting, work setting evaluations, introduction to the ADA and Title I, disability rights.
|Provides "how to " tools to become self advocates. Pre K- age 21.
